In order for the Wollmer S807 electric grill to work efficiently and properly, you should follow the recommendations for its use.

Preparation for work

Before the first start, remove the frying panels and the grease tray - and rinse thoroughly in water with any detergent. After drying or wiping dry - and set back. If necessary, coat the surfaces with vegetable oil - however this is not necessary, as they are coated with a non-stick coating.

For efficient and safe use, the grill must be located on a firm, level surface. There should not be any foreign objects around it in a radius of 20 cm: during operation, the device actively emits thermal energy, and also needs an influx of air for circulation.

Important! When turned on for the first time, a small amount of smoke may form. This is absolutely normal, since the internal metal parts are factory coated with preservative grease, which burns out when used.

Cooking food

Before starting to cook, the grill must be warm. To do this, close the top cover and set the temperature control to the appropriate mode:

Next, spread the products and press the lid or lay the grill in the BBQ position.

When cooking in time, we set the desired interval with the timer handle. The maximum duration of 1 cycle is 30 minutes. The selected time is fixed by pressing the button located in the center of the handle - after that the countdown displayed on the LCD screen starts. After the set interval has elapsed, a beep will sound.

Important! Pressing the center button again pauses or completely stops the countdown of cooking time, but does not turn off the device.

After the time set by the timer ends, the grill does not turn off, but switches to energy conservation mode. To completely disable it, turn the temperature control to the Off position.

Important! By turning the heating control to the extreme left position, you can turn off the device at any time.

A protective shutdown function is also provided. After 60 minutes, if the user has not changed the temperature or timer settings, the device turns off. This is reported by the termination of the screen backlight.

Care and maintenance
